Serves as an Operations Manager for LOGCAP IV Task Order 0007.
This involves supporting all sites within the task order and contributing to the startup and planning of future sites.
The Operations Manager will perform analysis of operational performance, track performance indicators, and maintain currency on all operational issues affecting the task order; coordinate with the Program Management Office for information and reports; and support and assist task order Management in the performance of their responsibilities. Directs the activities of team members from multiple functional areas. Responsibilities Include: Performs actions to ensure the PMO has timely, accurate, and relevant information pertaining to Task Order 0007. Will be responsible for the oversight and coordination of all operations functions within the task order. Works under the direct supervision of the Task Order Manager or designee.
Minimum 12 months on a contingency operation required. Cognizant of all aspects of contingency logistics operations. Organizes and directs the activities of standing and ad hoc teams and working groups. Experienced in use of Maximo and the Microsoft Office suite of software and capable of learning and applying additional software applications.
Must be fluent in English
Must possess passport with at least 15 months of remaining validity AND with at least 4 blank visa/stamp pages (front and back) remaining
Must possess driver’s license with at least 6 months of remaining validity
Prior experience managing personnel
Minimum one-year previous Senior Operations Coordinator experience or equivalent
Demonstrated ability and background of SIR/IAR/CMAT reporting procedures
Master Schedule of Work (MSOW) knowledge & hands-on
experience with the intricacies governing the addition or removal of facilities and associated equipment
Thorough understanding of the relationship between Maximo & the MSOW
Maximo ® experience
