Under direct supervision, performs routine assignments as an entry level professional. Develops core job competencies with existing procedures by solving standard problems. Performs a wide range of administrative, office support, and coordination activities for the department and/or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization. Typically requires an undergraduate degree and 1 year of experience, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree. Requirements Must be a highly organized, self-starter capable of working in a fast-paced, multi-discipline team environment with the ability to manage competing priorities to achieve goals Proven administrative skills to include effective planning and organization of meetings with agendas and preparation of meeting minutes for distribution Excellent communication skills verbal, written and listening Ability to manage departmental budgets as well as maintain multiple calendars in support of Project Management activities Ability to interact with staff at all levels from interdepartmental to Corporate Executive.
Prior LOGCAP IV Operations experience in a contingency environment
Prior LOGCAP IV Service Orders / Customer Services experience
Prior LOGCAP IV experience with Maximo
Must be fluent in English
Must possess passport book with at least 15 months of remaining validity AND with at least 6 blank visa/stamp pages remaining
Must possess driver’s license with at least 6 months of remaining validity
