Equipment Operator – Sweeper

Reports to and receives assignments, instructions, and direction from the General Site Manager.

Performs daily airfield inspections, report outages and makes repairs as needed. Maintains and polices airfield grounds, street and aircraft movement areas to comply with Federal Aviation Administration standards. Maintains airfield and terminal grounds. Operate

airfield equipment including motor graders, front end loaders, runway broom, sweepers, light/medium trucks, and related equipment to remove dirt, trash and debris, grade runways, taxiways, and airport roadways.

Reads and interprets instructions and documentation and plans work activities. Able to obtain and maintain flight line driving certification.

Operates company vehicles with capacity of up to 30 tons to move materials, tools, and equipment to and from work locations in support of construction and maintenance activities and/or deliver operating materials and supplies from one warehouse to another. Loads and unloads vehicles. Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required personal safety equipment. Performs other duties and activities as directed. Requires appropriate license. Typically requires 2 years of related experience.

Must be fluent in English

Must possess passport with at least 15 months of remaining validity AND with at least 4 blank visa/stamp pages (front and back) remaining

Must possess driver’s license with at least 6 months of remaining validity

Candidate must be eligible to obtain a NAC-I
