Asset Management Specialist

Interface daily with operations and maintenance department personnel to review work orders for maintenance services. Review and provide input on definition, accuracy and priority. Identify, analyze and review equipment maintenance problems with maintenance supervisors and managers. Lead the Root Cause Analysis process in site.

Implement Condition monitoring practices in site using CBM techniques, such as Oil analysis, vibrations measurement, and thermography among others. Training of maintenance personnel in maintenance management

Provide technical guidance with Maximo modules and applications. Advice on the use and disposition of stock items, support in Min Max and safety stock levels, surplus items, and rental equipment. Work with Procurement and Inventory team to identify, estimate the accurate materials or spare parts are requested for the maintenance plan.

Leadership at the project site in looking for improvements, minimizing inefficiencies and identifying savings opportunities. Maintain control of the work order file in Maximo and developing the craft backlog. Implement, track and control the contract, project or best practices maintenance performance indicators. Maintain the equipment information, such as drawings, spare parts listings, equipment manuals. Assist project managers in detailing technical scope of work and necessary specification in plant projects, IDIQs and minor modifications. Follow the Management of Change Process to document & implement continuous improvement recommendations. Provide off-hour support for maintenance issues, material or service as necessary. Support in creating & maintaining and updating job plans, preventive maintenance routines. Routes, spare parts. Provide technical guidance with Maximo modules and applications. Support the KBR Asset Management effort.


Working knowledge of the routine maintenance process, regulations and policies and contracts with the DoD.

High proficiency in Microsoft applications (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and good working knowledge of MAXIMO.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Must be able to read, write and speak in English.

Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to work as part of a team.

Knowledge or being familiarized with Waste water treatment plant, water treatment plants, Power Gen, HVAC, and Galley equipment.

Knowledge in Electrical, mechanical and instruments in industrial and residential sectors

Desirable experience in maintenance of facilities, repair, installation, troubleshooting and upkeep of equipment/facilities.

Desirable certification in: Certified Project Management Professional, Certified Maintenance and Reliability professional, ASQ certification, LEED certification.

Additional requirements:

Must be fluent in English

Must possess passport book with at least 15 months of remaining validity AND with at least 6 blank visa/stamp pages remaining

Must possess driver’s license with at least 6 months of remaining validity
