This applicant must have a clear and precise understanding of Unit Movement Planning, Reporting,
Execution and tracking and tracing systems such as; TC-AIMSII (Transportation Coordinator’s Automated Information for Movements System II) with ability to coach/train Task Force Unit Movement Officers/NCO’s, IBS (Integrated Booking System), , JFRG (Joint Forces Requirements Generator), TPFDD (Time Phased Force Deployment Data), GTN (Global Transportation Network) and ITV which will enhance capabilities of In-Transit Visibility of all shipped cargo and freight
throughout the AOR (Area of Responsibility) to include CR Germany. Candidate must have working knowledge of; JMRs, AMRs and SMRs. Candidate must have working knowledge UMD (Unit Movement Data) collection, processing and reporting requirements, Transportation Movement priorities for Passengers, Cargo/Freight shipments and convoy operations. Candidate must be able to manage TC-AIMSII system functional requirements and Transportation Movement Requests) both Local and Over-The-Road, Container Management responsibilities IAW SDDC requirements, EUCOM and Host Countries Customs procedures and Host Countries Diplomatic Transit Clearances. Requires excellent organizational skills along with the ability to work under fast paced and adverse conditions. Candidate must possess a high level of proficiency in TC-AIMSII and numerous Microsoft applications such as; Word, Excel, and Power Point, along with excellent telephonic communication skills while maintaining COMSEC (Communication Security), OPSEC (Operation Security), and COMPSEC (Computer Security) and additional Transportation Automation Systems as required. Responsible for overseeing work of Foreman and staff who report up to this position. May be required to perform other job related tasks and duties as mission dictates. Candidate must have or be able to get a current Security Clearance. Previous supervisory experience required. Undergraduate degree preferred, and a background with EUCOM/USAREUR Theater Of Operations Movements experience. Minimum high school diploma in related field, 7
years related work experience and 5
years supervisory experience or past Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) being that of 88N.
Must have or be able to obtain a SECRET CLEARANCE.
Must have valid USA Driver’s License.
Perform duties as a EUCOM Customs Stamp Holder.
Perform container management responsibilities and functions.
Detailed oriented, analytical and able to accurately identify, assess and solve transportation issues.
Provides operational support and guidance to the Division Transportation Officer for Re-Deployment and Deployment missions utilizing the Transportation Coordinator’s Automated Information for Movement System II (TC-AIMS II).
Ensure all commercial/military requirements adhere to USG/Military international and domestic policies and regulations
Knowledge of transportation traffic management in the European theater of operations.
Knowledge of US Army Automated Transportation Systems.
Previous military transportation experience desired with a former MOS of 88N or other US Armed Forces Services equivalent.
Must be able to provide a strong level of customer service.
Must possess a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET CLEARANCE.
Previous military transportation experience desired with a former MOS of 88N or other US Armed Forces Services equivalent with AA degree or equivalent background experience.
Previous Movement Control Team (MCT) experience consisting of 3-5yrs.
Previous supervisory experience consisting of 3-5yrs.
Transportation Traffic Management background and experience consisting of 3-5yrs.
Familiarization and Knowledge with the Transportation Automated Information for Movements System (TC-AIMSII) IAW Functional Areas of system.
Knowledge and Familiarization with HAZMAT materials shipping requirements.
Knowledge of US Army Automated Transportation Systems and functions thereof.
Knowledge of Transportation Traffic Management in the European/USAREUR theater of operations
Knowledge and experience with container management responsibilities and functions
Must be fluent in English
Must possess passport book with at least 15 months of remaining validity AND with at least 6 blank visa/stamp pages remaining
Must possess driver’s license with at least 6 months of remaining validity
Must be able to obtain a Security Clearance
