Quality Control Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Essential Responsibilities:

Creates and manages a QA/QC plan and TQM plan.

Oversees QA/QC inspections.

Diagnoses and troubleshoots, as needed, to support complex maintenance actions.

Defines inspection policies and strategies.

Prepare all necessary forms and paperwork needed.

Mentors project team members to improve and promote quality.

Works with project team to ensure quality practices/process are followed.

Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands:

Works inside and outside in various weather conditions to include extreme cold and heat.

Work around non-hazardous materials/waste lifting, stooping, crawling, bending, and carrying.

Constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, must possess planning/organizing skills.

QUALIFICATIONS AND

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

PERFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s preferred coupled with 5

years’ experience in quality control for large operations and maintenance contracts. Currently holds or ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
