About the

role:

As one of our Commercial Manager's, your role will involve managing the commercial

project team towards completion of all financial and commercial commitments to

KBR and its client(s).

Day to day you'll be tracking the financials of project milestones,

contract and dispute negotiations, being the client point of contact for commercial issues,

tender and quotation input and evaluating the risk and strategy behind each project.

Your understanding of the nuances of alliances, JV's and design-build contracts in

regards to the design phase is integral in ensuring successful performance.

We'll be

asking you to:

Drive best practice and continuous improvement throughout the project

Ensuring commercial robustness and rigour

Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities

Develop cost-effective means of managing risks

And implement appropriate mitigation measures

What can you

offer us?

To hit the ground running, you'll have prior experience in managing

construction/engineering contractors with respect to bid management and

development, procurement, claims administration and working with project/design

engineers.

You have gained over the years a high level of commercial acumen with the

ability to think both strategically and tactically when required.

What ties this altogether is your communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

to be able to influence across all levels in a way which generates business benefit

whilst maintaining key relationships.
