are seeking the services of a senior communications manager with appropriate corporate

communications experience to share our journey.

What you will be

involved with

This role will support and the Australian business

strategy through development and implementation of a branding and media

communication strategy and plan. Whilst initially focused on setting up a

communications plan in support of the business plans, you will also be

accountable in providing a

proactive support function

in the delivery of these initiatives and

ultimately developing it into a mature capability. As a communications

specialist, we believe that you will be able to turn your skills and experience

to a number of different areas requiring your attention at the time.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver timely, relevant, high quality internal and

external communications to defined target audiences.

Develop communication plans for internal and external

communications to support the Australian business strategy.

Develop and implement communication strategies for complex and confidential

business projects and initiatives including identifying appropriate

responses, communication channels and preparing communication material.

Support the Senior Leadership Team in change management where

needed.

Build a strong working relationship with senior business

stakeholders to identify key requirements for communication and

engagement.

Develop an annual communication activity schedule that is reviewed

and refreshed on an ongoing basis.

Provide reporting and management information to

stakeholders as and when required.

To put in place measures of effectiveness of

business communication, actively identifying gaps and facilitating

continuous improvement of communication activity.

Continued development of a brand awareness for

the Australia business

Prerequisites

Tertiary

qualifications in Public Relations, Communication or a related degree;

Considerable external and internal communications experience;

preferably within Engineering Consulting industry

Solid

experience of devising and implementing successful communications plans, inclusive

of a Social Media campaign for a technical services company

Previously

worked with technical professionals and can confidently liaise

with internal stakeholders at all levels and disciplines

Excellent

written and verbal communication skills

The

ability to coordinate multiple projects, work under pressure and meet

tight deadlines.
