Our

executive assistant and administration team take pride in delivering accurate,

consistent and deadline driven support to the Australian business. Driven by growth,

the team currently has a new opening for an executive assistant to provide

executive level support for two finance managers who are based in

Sydney .

The role

Provide direct administrative or secretarial support to the two finance

managers as well as indirect support to the functional team as or when required.

The

bulk of your time will be spread

across

managing diaries, travel arrangements (flights, accommodation and

transit), expenses, meetings and event schedules, supporting presentations,

minutes and other documentation as

well as liaising with all relevant internal and external stakeholders.

As a member of the support services team, provide support and

oversight of the office administration functions including reception,

facilities and general clerical and administrative tasks around the office.

The requirements

A passion for people, proactive problem solving

and administration

Be self-motivated and willing to use your initiative

Considerable experience in a similar role

(supporting finance executives ideally). You must be comfortable with managing

very confidential material and information

The ability to work flexibly and remotely across

multiple time zones and potentially outside of usual business hours as or when

required

Advanced skills in the MS Office suite as well

as

knowledge of SharePoint (desirable)

The ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Excellent

interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build trust based,

value adding relationships with people across all levels of the business.

Demonstrated

capability in working independently and within a team in a deadline driven

environment
