This position is contingent upon contract award
Manages and directs a facilities and real property
management program providing inspection, testing, maintenance, repair, service and minor alterations.
Establishes a Maintenance Master Plan (MMP) to ensure the maintenance, operations, and capital improvement planning maintains the industry standard for life cycle costs of facility ownership.
Ensure the Work Management and Preventive Maintenance programs are operated in compliance with guidance AF Civil Engineer Portal.
Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance program that is lifecycle cost-effective and meets
government standardized levels of service (LoS) for real property, Real Property Installed Equipment (RPIE), and Real Property Similar Equipment (RPSE).
Develops and implements a Preventive Maintenance (PM) Program to monitor and analyze the condition of real property equipment and systems, predict failures, determine required replacement parts, and schedule maintenance prior to failure to minimize service disruptions
Performs analysis to optimize lifecycle investment planning in operations and maintenance activities, as well as current and near-term preventive maintenance practices.
Safety: Enforces a safety culture whereby all employees have the responsibility for continuously developing and maintaining a safe work environment.
As required participates on safety committees and teams.
Quality: Consistently provide services that meet customer expectations. Accordingly, each employee must conform to the KBR Quality Policy and carry out job activities in compliance with applicable KBR Quality System documents and customer contracts.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
The Operations Manager shall have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years’ experience with Department of Defense Civil Engineering facilities, maintenance, repair, and operations, to include a minimum of 2 years’ experience directly managing/supervising within an Operations Function.
Must have experience using Microsoft Office applications.
Shall have knowledge of project closeout procedures, preventive maintenance, construction and repair terminology and processes, as well as familiarity with Air Force Civil Engineering guidance, rules, and regulations.
