Installation Management Manager (IMM)

– Kirtland AFB, New Mexico

This position is contingent upon contract award

Essential Responsibilities:

Responsible for Enhanced Use Lease Support, Financial Reporting, Management Information Systems, Records Management, Industrial Control System Security Management, Telephone Control Officer, Real Property Management,

Asset Inventory and Support, Landfill Operations, Environmental Compliance, Environmental Spill Response, Environmental Permitting Compliance, Unaccompanied Housing Management, and Real Estate and Natural Infrastructure Activities Management and Sub Activities Management.

Responsible for providing accurate and timely financial reporting,

compiling and generation of reports of labor, equipment, services, and material costs

for all completed work performed.

Submits accurate, compiled reports of labor, equipment, services, and material costs of all customer funded work that has been approved by the BCE (or designated representative) via signature on the AF Form 332 and the Contracting Officer/Administrative Contracting Officer.

Calculates direct man hours, updates annual vehicle cost, calculates incremental direct cost and estimates annual indirect material cost.

Develop/updates new shop rates.

Provides the most current burdened wage data for both Overhead Work Centers and Shop Codes.

Reconciles obligations and commitments with funding documents in accounting and finance utilizing the current Air Force system (e.g. ACES CEMAS, NEXGEN IT).


Performs Functional Area Records Manager (FARM) and Record Custodians (RC) duties.

Maintains the Management Internal Control Toolset (MICT) for all Civil Engineering functions.

Responsible for Industrial Control System (ICS) Management and all ICS management services to ensure compliance with information assurance and security:

Quality: Consistently provide services that meet customer expectations. Accordingly, each employee must conform to the KBR Quality Policy and carry out job activities in compliance with applicable KBR Quality System documents and customer contracts.



Minimum Requirements:

The IMM must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in real property management and accounting in the Department of Defense.

Must have the following training: (1) the Real Property Management Course from Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT) WMGT 424

Currently possess or be eligible to obtain a SECRET security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior USAF experience and

technical training

Excellent communication skills
