GENERAL SUMMARY :
Monitors daily production of data that is inputted into
MDSSII. Performs quality assurance checks on data to ensure it conforms to the Government’s data standardization letter. Monitors ship delta reports and spread load changes to ensure we are loading to 100 % of the prepositioning Objective. Responsible for the end of ship “data accuracy” grade that the Government awards and is used toward the semi-annual awards fee program.
Utilize various AIT systems to analyze and identify discrepancies on production selections MDSSII UDL's.
Serve as a liaison between the KBRwyle and the BIC in matters concerning MDSSII related issues.
Provide feedback and assistance to production sections, as required.
Monitor production sections IDL's for accuracy.
Provide daily feedback or errors and omissions in data.
Analyze defect trend areas, and make process improvement recommendations, as appropriate.
Create and run MDSSII programs.
Monitor updates to TECHDATA in the MDSSII LOGAIS System.
Validate final data in MDSSII before delivery to the customer.
Participate in, and provide input for hot wash data.
Provide training to sections, as required.
Performs other related duties, as assigned.
Complies will all MPF ISO policies and procedures.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
SPECIAL TRAINING REQUIREMENTS/PREREQUISITES :
Knowledge and application of MDSSII principles, procedures, and equipment.
Ability to use standard commercial word processing, database, spreadsheet, telecommunication, and accounting software applications.
Working knowledge of logistics support activities performed by the MPF program.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to comply with all established methods, quality standards, and time schedules applicable to this position.
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT :
Four (4) years of related work experience in Logistics/Supply/Transportation environment.
