KBRwyle is searching for a results-oriented Recruiter to join our team providing full life-cycle recruiting support.
The role will support government contracts with a primary focus on those positions requiring Security Clearances.
The individual will support programs located throughout the East Coast and other locations as necessary.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Successfully manage a high number of requisitions on a weekly basis and fill positions with quality candidates in a timely manner
Creatively identify qualified candidates through a variety of recruiting sources including, but not limited to the internal Applicant Tracking System, internet sources, professional associations, and internal and external job fairs
Prequalify and submit a diverse slate of candidates to hiring managers for further consideration/selection for interview process
Manage candidate activity through the applicant tracking system and/or resume database
Maintain metrics related to the recruitment function
Leverage strong communication/collaboration skills to build strong cross-functional partnerships to support the business demands effectively
The position may require overtime including weekend hours and periodic travel
Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates to meet customer demands
Source, screen, and identify qualified candidates for direct hire opportunities
Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, comparing qualifications to job requirements
Meet with hiring managers to discuss staffing needs
Interview prospective employees for positions by advertising, direct contact, employee referrals, research organizations, employment agencies, and job fairs
Refer applicants to particular job openings, coordinates pre-employment screening activities
Under general supervision, and occasional direct supervision, performs assignments requiring experience and knowledge of standard concepts within their field
Displays core competencies by analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures while developing advanced skills
Ability to build and maintain strong customer and client relationships and network
Qualifications and Experience:
High-volume staffing experience required
years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
Recent recruiting experience in a challenging, government contracting environment
Experience with recruiting positions requiring Security Clearances preferred
Ability to interact with all levels of the organization to successfully manage customer relationships
Strong business acumen, follow-through and attention to detail
Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and customer service skills required
Active Security Clearance (Secret level or above) preferred.
Education and Computer skills
Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
Experience with Taleo Applicant Tracking System strongly desired
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Must have the ability to learn new software and navigate the internet with ease
Advanced internet recruiting skills and experience
