Position Description/Job Responsibilities

Functional job

responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

KBR Process is

currently seeking individuals skilled in offshore technology.

The successful

candidate will be responsible for the study, design, and specification and

services related to overpressure protection of chemical facilities, including

flare headers and relief devices.

The successful

candidate will primarily be stationed in client's office.

The successful

candidate must also be capable of leading other engineers to complete project

scope and providing technical guidance to less experienced engineers. On some

occasions, will also plan, schedule, and conduct work requiring independent

judgment and adaptation of engineering techniques.

Applicants for this

position will typically hold a certification as an EIT or Professional

Engineer, although this is not required

Qualifications:

Requirements/Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemical Engineering with a

minimum of seven (7) years experience and an average of ten plus (10 ) years

experience.

Demonstrated leadership of a functional are on projects,

including responsibility for budget and schedule of the assigned project area.

Experience with employee performance appraisals and coaching required.

Knowledge of SmartPlant P&ID, Pro-II, and Unisim/Aspen

software suites is desired. Related experience, including P&ID development,

relief valve sizing, and hydraulic calculations.
