Position Title:

Lead IT Applications Developer

Position Description/Job Responsibilities

Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Working as part of an agile development team.

Gathering and analysis of requirements from customers

Translating requirements into usable features within a product

Writing clean, well-tested, and maintainable code while making it reusable and extendable

Implementing and installing solutions with customers

Transitions solutions to customer support and sales teams

Coordinating and participating in code reviews with the product team as well as other departments

Evaluate and Report on new frameworks and applicable technologies, including hardware devices

Researching, designing and writing new software programs

Expanding existing programs by analyzing and implementing new features

Creating technical specifications and test plans

Writing and testing code and then refining as necessary

Maintaining systems by monitoring and correcting software defects

Investigating new technologies

Working closely with other staff, such as project managers, graphic artists, designers, developers, systems analysts, and architecture professionals




years of experience in software development using Microsoft stack (C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, etc.)

Experience in the design & deployment of complex SQL objects and relational databases design.

Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, SQL, and Web Services

Excellent understanding of Object Oriented software design

Significant complex software design and architecture experience

Aptitude and desire to learn new technologies

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal cross functional teams, leadership, and external clients

Comfortable working independently and in a team environment

Bachelor’s degree

Proficient use of TFS and VSTS

Xamarin experience a plus

Proficient understanding of code versioning tools like Git and CI/CD tools like Jenkins
