Position Description/Job Responsibilities
This starter level position is responsible for the administration of the short- and long-term incentive plans and maintain the global job structure.
Essential Job Functions:
Under direct supervision, participates in compensation surveys, maintains job pricing tool, prepares annual salary reviews;
Under direct supervision, administers the short- and long-term incentive plans and equity plans;
Under direct supervision, administers all stock related activities (annual grant, ESPP, dividend payouts):
Prepares incentive plan calculations and presentations;
Follows, maintains and updates established guidelines, processes, and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance including SOX 404;
Assists in preparation of Compensation Committee materials and Compensation Discussion & Analysis schedules;
Provides accurate, complete, and timely submission of required reports, forecasts, and various analyses;
Participates in and conducts compensation market surveys, as assigned;
Runs monthly reports and other ad hoc reports as necessary;
Assists with other compensation projects, as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/ Finance preferred.
Affinity with Financial Data required.
Years of experience in Compensation, Payroll or related field.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
Strong analytical ability and attention to details.
Strong verbal and written communications skills.
Proven ability to work both independently and as a member of a team.
