Position Title: Associate Specialist, HSE

Experience Level: 0-2 Years

Position Description/Job Responsibilities

Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Administrator of Global HSSE SharePoint site and Global Incident Management System.

Editor of all HSSE communications to include but not limited to Alerts and Quarterly Updates.

Other departmental tasks as assigned.

Implements health, safety and environmental policies, procedures and guidelines for employee and department safety.

May be required to interact with services personnel, clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to research and interpret standards, codes and regulations.

Keeps informed of regulatory requirements and auditing standards.

Assists in development and implementation of HSSE Integrated Management System to include manuals, procedures, and policies.

Capture and analysis of HSE statistics.

Under direct supervision, performs routine assignments as an entry level professional.

Develops core job competencies with existing procedures by solving standard problems.


Typically requires as a minimum an Associates Degree in a technical discipline such as Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental Science, or Engineering.

A strong knowledge of SharePoint and the Microsoft Suite of Software is required.
