Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

Perform complex predictive maintenance activities to detect fundamental machinery problems including misalignment, rotor eccentricity, mechanical looseness, belt drive problems, and soft foot problems.

Provide detailed recommendations and corrective actions documenting machine component issues to maintenance and operations personnel.

Effectively and efficiently identify the multiple "problems" that can occur in rotating equipment (pumps, motors, turbines, fans, gear-boxes, etc.) and determining the source of the predominate vibrations.

Basic Qualifications:

•Candidate must hold

a minimum

certification as ISO Category II

or ASNT Level II

Vibration Analyst

•Must be familiar with methods for detecting, troubleshooting and analyzing resonance, rolling element bearing faults, as well as gear, flow-related, lubrication related, or electrical problems.

•Analyst must drive resolution of the highest impact issues with a strong sense of urgency and integrity.

•Must be proficient with vibration analysis hardware & software systems (Ludeca).

•Strong demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

•Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
