Position Title: Sr. Designer

Position Description

KBR is seeking a Sr. Designer. Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for drafting and design in the Electrical Group for heavy industrial facilities.

Under general supervision, performs all conventional aspects of electrical design.

Must be able to complete electrical installation drawings for electrical systems (both physical drawings and wiring diagrams). Skills are typically acquired through an undergraduate degree in Engineering and a minimum of 4 years related experience, with average experience ranging from 6-10 years.

• Skills are typically acquired through a minimum of 4 years related experience, with average experience of 6-10 years.

AutoCad Experience is a requirement.

Experience working in databases (Access) is a plus.

3D experience (PDMS, PDS or SmartPlant 3D) is a plus.

Must be able to travel to job sites and perform field

investigations.

Experience in Chemicals and/or Pulp and Paper industries highly desired. Good oral and written presentation skills are required.

Professional Engineering registration highly desired.
