Chestnut Run Maintenance Assistant
Provide systems support to Maintenance Operations at the Chestnut Run site and Remediation Services for the FS&RE sites in the Wilmington area.
Systems support will include, but not limited to: SAP PM and RTP Transactions, all Microsoft Applications including Outlook, Excel and Word, SharePoint and SRM.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows; Word, Excel and Outlook. Have a good understanding of software application and databases.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Create SAP Notifications and Work Orders for services relating to Chestnut Run Facilities Maintenance and Remediation Services in the Wilmington Area.
Create Requisitions for Services against Cost Centers, Work Orders, and Project WBS elements as needed for contractor services relating to Chestnut Run Facility and Remediation Services (Wilmington Area)
Create Requisitions for Materials against Cost Centers, Work Orders, and Project WBS elements as needed for contractor services relating to Chestnut Run Facility and Remediation Services (Wilmington Area)
Perform Time Confirmations / Time Card entries as needed for Contract Administration and Chestnut Run Facilities Maintenance
Assist Contract Administrators with service contracts relating to Chestnut Run Facilities and Remediation Services (Wilmington Area)
Performs other duties as required and assigned.
A High School Diploma or GED is required.
Associate’s Degree or equivalent is a plus.
A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience, preferably in a service offering organization and /or equivalent.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT
Office working conditions- regularly required to stand or sit and move about the office- travel from site to site within FS & RE.
