Assists the General Foreman by providing input to identify key success factors for Carpentry crew. Provides leadership to cause the creation of organizational structure and processes required to fully execute the requirements of services and is responsible for the execution of Carpentry services, quality, subcontractor performance, and construction cost. Evaluates Carpentry service execution for compliance to contract, design data, schedule, cost budgets, and quality, advising the project team of status, issues, impacts, risk, and cost influence factors on to go scope. Maintains the short range look ahead plans and discusses all deviations with the General Foreman. Reviews and monitors cost and man-hour budget for installation process develops an equipment and tool requirement plan and reviews it with the General Foreman.


Must be able to work a flexible schedule to install roofs of structures with shingles, slate, asphalt, aluminum wood, and or related materials. May spray roofs, sidings, and walls with material to bind seal and insulate or soundproof sections of structures. Job task include inspecting problem roofs to determine the best repair procedures, remove snow, water or debris from roofs prior to applying materials. Must be able to set up scaffolding to provide safe access to roofs, an be able to estimate cost of materials and labor required to complete roofing jobs.

Applicants must have 3- 5 years experience as a Roofer.
