DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead program execution for the US Army Reagan Test Site Engineering and Technical Support (RETS) contract.
Based on Kwajalein, Republic of the Marshall Islands, and reporting to the RETS Program Manager, the DPM/RTS Site Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the KBRwyle team at the Reagan Test Site.
Specific responsibilities include:
Management of day-to-day activities at Reagan Test Site and, when personnel are deployed, on Wake Island.
Create and maintain an active focus on personnel safety on and off the job for personnel on Kwajalein, including compliance with all KBRwyle and government safety policies.
Serve as the primary on-site customer interface to ensure problem resolution and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate daily with government agencies and other contractors working on and in the vicinity of Kwajalein Atoll.
Develop skills and competencies of high performing team and oversee talent development/capabilities throughout the program with focus on continuous development.
Ensure compliance with all applicable contractual, legal, regulatory, and corporate guidance.
Ensure quality of services and products.
Recruit and hire employees. Supervises direct reports. Establishes individual performance goals. Reviews performance against goals. Plan, approve and implement actions for the timely development and progress of individuals. Plan and grant salary increases as appropriate. Manage discipline and documentation steps in problem employee situations. Manage dismissals. Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS - SKILLS REQUIREMENTS – EXPERIENCE LEVEL (ADDITIONAL NOTES):
BS / BA Business, Engineering, Sciences, or Other Related Program Field and 10 years of experience. Advanced Degree
Knowledge of and experience with major Department of Defense test ranges.
Experience with range safety, telemetry, radiofrequency (RF) and optical sensors, and other range data collection systems.
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent
Clearance Required: Active Secret with the ability to obtain a Top Secret.
Program Management experience and increasing leadership responsibility.
Strong negotiation skills.
Experience with leading work teams in a continuous improvement environment with quality management tools, behaviors and
Project management skills to manage resources, schedules, budgets and make technical business decisions.
