FOL Site Manager/Technical Order Distribution Officer (TODO) (Contingency Hire)


The FOL Site Manager/Technical Order Distribution Officer (FOL SM/TODO) is responsible for the overall site management for the execution of all contracted FOL BOS site activities to include airfield support, joint operations center, quality of life services, postal management, civil engineering, logistics, vehicle operations, supply chain management, traffic management, AGE/vehicle maintenance management, and fire protection.

Develop, control, and maintain practices and responsibilities for operation and management of the TO system IAW AFTO 00-5-1.

The FOL SM/TODO will serve as the single point of contact for all contractor support activities on a daily basis, attend staff meetings and brief our client on support operations status.


EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or other related engineering and scientific fields, based on a four-year course of study from a U.S. or U.K. accredited college or university or equivalent institution; and three (3)

to ten (10) years of experience in both Project Management applications and functional areas.

Or six (6) to fourteen (14) years of experience in both project management applications and functional areas.


EXPEREINCE; Ten (10 years USAF or Contractor Supervisor/Manager Multifunctional Support or experience in a closely related professional occupation.

ABILITIES: The candidate must be a self-starter capable of working in a fast paced multi-discipline team environment with the ability to manage competing priorities to achieve team goals.

Proven management skills to include effective planning, organizing, directing and controlling with strong decision making capabilities. Excellent analytical skills – data driven, fact based, root cause focused. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills to lead a team to consensus.

Understanding of litigation and claims processes and experience with legal communities.

Excellent communication skills – verbal, written and listening.

Ability to interact with staff at all levels from craft persons to senior executives.

Knowledge base to successfully diagnosis issues that cover multiple areas of interaction.


Must have a SECRET Security Clearance, or the ability to obtain one

Fluent in English language

Must possess passport book (not passport card) with at least 12 months of remaining validity AND with at least 6 blank visa/stamp pages remaining

Must possess driver’s license with at least 6 months of remaining validity
