Essential Responsibilities:

The track vehicle system maintainer handles the maintenance and repair of the track vehicle family.

This position performs maintenance on gas particulate and turbine engine systems, vehicular mounted armament and associated fire control systems; engine repair and tune up; troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems; repair and replace body panels, fenders, power packs, weapons systems and radiators; diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions and perform maintenance and onboard direct support tasks on the track vehicle suspension and steering systems. Must have or be able to obtain a U.S. National Security Clearance.

Minimum Requirements

Former 91M Military Occupational Specialties (MOS), Bradley fighting vehicle system maintainer requires 23 weeks of Advanced Individual Training with on-the-job instructions.

Knowledge of the M1, M1SEP, M1068, M113, M88, M577 family of vehicles

Preferred Qualifications

Licenses/Certifications: M1, M1 SEP and Bradley Fighting Vehicle Systems Maintainer

Additional requirements:

Must be fluent in English

Must possess passport book with at least 12 months of remaining validity AND with at least 6 blank visa/stamp pages remaining

Must possess driver’s license with at least 6 months of remaining validity

Must have or be able to obtain Secret Clearance
