The Prepositioning and Marine Corps Logistics Services program is based in Jacksonville, Florida. We provide maintenance and logistics services to the U.S. Marine Corps and U.S. Navy.
We are seeking a Warehouse Worker with GCSS experience for our Kuwait location.
Performs all functions that relate to the receipt, storage, inventory, location, issue, movement, loading, unloading of equipment, supplies, publications and all other collateral clerical duties associated with the job.
Tasks Includes the use of automated systems (both hardware and software) and equipment related to the accomplishment of the above tasks.
Individual will perform all supply transactions within GCSS-MC to include but not limited to sub-inventories transactions, field service usages, warehouse pulls, and immediate issues.
Conduct research and identify equipment using FED-LOG/ GCSS-MC, and other automated systems.
Conducts all inventories which could include a 100% Annual Wall to Wall inventories and monthly/weekly spot checks.
Prepare all documents for turning in of equipment to DRMO, Roll Back to Stock/Supply System, and other additional duties as assigned.
High School Graduate or equivalent.
Four (4) years related experience.
US Citizen. Proof required.
Must possess or be able to obtain a U.S. Passport.
MUST be able to obtain a finding of "NO RECORD FOUND" on the Police Record investigation.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds unaided.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance.
Valid state Motor Vehicle Operator License.
Must be capable of operating MHE (forklifts, tractors, etc.) and bulk and small parts conveyor systems used in warehousing operations
Must be willing and able to travel (military airlift) and work in other countries in the region of the Middle East.
In addition to meeting Honeywell employment requirements, the United States Marine Corps has minimal standards of fitness for deployment. Your continued employment is contingent upon your being approved for deployment by the United States Marine Corps, in accordance with their policies and regulations.
Most work will be performed in extreme temperatures, employees must be willing and able to work under these conditions as determined by a required physical examination.
