Provides specialized technical expertise in support of the Quality program, including specialized inspection and testing techniques, quality training, statistical methods, audits, quality tools for problem solving and assessment. Creates inspection reports stating the conditions of a work area to ensure requirements are met. Makes recommendations for corrective action. Applies knowledge of quality systems and tools to validate and verify contractually required standards for project execution. Implements principles of performance evaluation and prediction methods are used to improve product systems safety, reliability, and maintainability. Responsible for maintaining quality standard of products and the procedures and materials that go into work scope.
Aligns quality management function with the performance needs of product lines. Under general supervision, solves complex problems requiring detailed knowledge of field and industry best practices. Uses experience and problem solving skills to develop and improve processes. May provide guidance to less experienced team members. Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree and 5
years of experience.
3-5 years related experience with strong English skills; oral and written
Requires excellent people skills, follow-up and multi-tasking skills
Ability to comprehend and follow oral/visual aid instructions
Advanced computer skills are required
Preferred applicant should have prior KBR LCIII experience
Managerial Experience in at least one of the two disciplines below:
Managerial experience in the organizational structure and processes required to fully execute the requirements of services for Power Generator services,
quality, subcontractor performance, and construction cost.
Experience evaluating Power Generator service execution for compliance to contract, design data, schedule, cost
budgets, and quality, advising the project team of status, issues, impacts, risk, and cost influence factors on "to go" scope.
Managerial oversight of Water Purification operations at multiple locations with limited communications and resources.
Experience developing KBR Water Purification Operations Desktop Operating Procedures and to include facilitating refinements.
Deploy innovative and appropriate changes in the operation to increase productivity, safety and reduce costs.
Must be fluent in English
Must possess passport book (not passport card) with at least 12 months of remaining validity AND with at least 6 blank visa/stamp pages remaining
Must possess driver’s license with at least 6 months of remaining validity
