Human Resources Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

: Responsible for establishing and implementing the vision, policies and strategies associated with the Human Resources function.

Provide day-to-day planning and direction of the Human Resources department.

Develop and implement programs, processes, and practices to ensure that the Human Resources department is strategically managed in accordance with approved budgets and schedules and with the highest level of work quality and customer satisfaction.

Assure that company programs are consistently administered and are in compliance with company policies, government regulations, and client contractual requirements. Serve as subject matter expert and provide Human Resource/ Employee Relations advisement to senior corporate leadership. Oversee daily transaction processing of employee relations information.

Manage data input into the HRIS and treatment of data as required.

Support customer inquiries for Human Resources and Employee Relations programs.

Provide day-to-day support of program administration and employee enrollment in benefits programs. Assure resolution of basic issues.

EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS / EXPEREINCE / ABILITIES

:

EDUCATION: BS in Human Resources or a related field.

CERTIFICATIONS: Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred

EXPERIENCE; 10 years professional level Manager Human Resources experience. 5 years of the r

equired years in a Human Resources management position in remote OCONUS location

Additional requirements:

Must be fluent in English

Must possess passport book with at least 12 months of remaining validity AND with at least 6 blank visa/stamp pages remaining

Must possess driver’s license with at least 6 months of remaining validity
