The opportunity

Our Civil team consults to a range of clients in the infrastructure and water sector and is growing due to ongoing contract and project wins. They are currently in need of a Civil Water Engineer with 3-6 years experience who can bring some water and wastewater experience with them but who is also eager to continue developing their expertise within the water and utilities sectors.

The successful candidate will be working on a variety of ongoing projects within a team of industry leading Project Managers, Engineers and Designers.

Key Responsibilities

Operating within a multi-disciplinary team in project and design management, this role will be responsible for:

Undertaking and assisting in feasibility studies and options assessments for water and wastewater works;

Evaluating and applying engineering design techniques and making necessary adaptations and modifications;

Providing input to civil projects in the field of water engineering; and

Working independently and/or under the instruction of Senior Engineers and Project Managers to complete a wide range of civil engineering projects.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity applicants must hold Qualifications in either Civil or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) and possess 3-6 years experience within water/wastewater engineering. A good working knowledge of underground utilities, water resources and water supply is required and experience in h

ydraulic analysis, pumping station and pressure pipeline design

will be highly regarded. If you also bring an understanding working within a multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy you will be highly regarded for this opportunity.
