Administers Material Requirements Planning (MRP) activities which include inventory control, shipping, receiving and issuance of materials. Records and prepares status reports of inbound, received, requested and issued items based on Engineering MTO’s. Under general direction, uses specialized knowledge or skills to solve complex and unique problems, or direct the daily activities of a business, technical support, or functional support team. Establishes priorities for the completion of assigned tasks. Uses judgment to interpret internal and external issues and develop best practices. May direct resources, prioritize tasks and provide guidance to less experienced team members. Relies upon experience, interpersonal skills, and broad knowledge of field to ensure task completion in compliance with policies, procedures, and business strategy. Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree and / or 10

years of experience.

This position will be a liaison between KBR and Constructor by providing material status utilizing IPMS as the main source of reporting to Client and Constructor.

This individual will be the sole representative for providing material status, resolving OS&D’s, ensuring IPMS receipt documents are processed/closed-out etc.


Working Knowledge KBR’s Integrated Project Management System (IPMS) required. Especially in the following modules:

Work Planning module.

MRR/Receipt Module

OS&D Module

MTO/BOM Module

Expediting Module

Material Catalog

Material Summary / Job Balance

Candidate must have MS Excel experience. EPC Capital Project Field experience required. Knowledge of Piping Specifications / Material Classes required. Knowledge of producing Material Takeoffs (MTO's) from Engineering Deliverables (ISO's & P&ID's) required. Individual must be a self-starter and recognize problems by leveraging EPC project field experience.
