SACT60- Senior Manager, Transfer Pricing and Tax Planning
Position Description/Job Responsibilities
Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to (BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIRED):
Responsible for global transfer pricing, including project and corporate transfer pricing planning, calculate and support annual G&A and royalty charges, preparation of annual documentation, and lead global transfer pricing audits.
Responsible for global tax planning for corporate transactions, tax optimization, reorganizations, withholding tax minimization and cash repatriation.
Includes interaction with the business units and tax teams in various parts of the globe.
Support the tax controversy, provision and compliance teams as needed.

Bachelor’s Degree required
Previous experience in planning, implementing, monitoring and compliance of the transfer pricing process.
Experience in the engineering and construction industry is desired but not required.
