Swindon based with some travel to client sites

The Technical/ Building Audit Reporting will be responsible for ensuring all information is provided in a timely manner to the Supply Chain Relationship Manager. This is to be carried out safely and effectively within service specification,

and in accordance with company and security requirements and industry standards and best practice.

All reporting is to be recorded on SharePoint with information obtained from supplier information held on Concept Evolution.

This role will be combined with other general administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure Technical audit reporting is carried out to a timely standard against the program

Ensure issues are highlighted to the Supply Chain Relationship Manager to allow resolution in a timely manner

An off-site interface with the MOJ’s representatives as required

Ensure that all reports are to a good quality and provided to a high standard prior to submission

Report on progress of Technical service deliverables to all stakeholders

Communicate improvement opportunities

Ensure the adoption of KBR’s Quality and HSE policies and procedures throughout the area of


To attend site audits as and when required

Other duties commensurate with the role




Demonstrative experience of working within a technical administrative role

Working knowledge of SFG20

Experience of audit reporting

Analytical approach

Effective communicator both verbal and written to all levels with ability to produce accurate and timely reports

Worked within a previous role where he/she has had to accept responsibility for data accuracy within known remit

Working to strict deadlines

Flexible and proactive approach

Understanding of CAFM systems

IT skills in MS Office including Excel, Word and Outlook

Hold, have held or eligible to apply for security clearance


Recognised qualification in a relevant technical discipline

Relevant H&S qualification

Experience of working with Concept and Sharepoint

Understanding of the built environment/FM Services

Worked within an auditing environment within the built environment

Experience of working within a secure environment

Experience and Skills:

Quality Assurance Reports

Working with BES & BFM Auditing

Audit Report Quality Checking

Delivering to contract requirements

Ability to deal with various stakeholders internally and externally

Capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a wider team

Good communication, numeracy and presentation skills
