This role is based working in an exciting and demanding Government Services business unit supporting the ESN project. Working in a fast paced project team, this role will coordinate the recruitment demands. The role includes maintaining relationships with KBR’s recruitment team, senior management and client representatives while co-ordinating the recruitment process and security clearances. Keeping track of the process at all times to ensure that people can start / mobilise as soon as possible.

Excellent IT skills:

Must be able to manage Outlook (replying to emails, setting up appointments, group mailbox management)

Must be proficient in Excel (able to create, modify and maintain spreadsheets.)

The ability to follow processes and procedures. Identifying ways to streamline processes and identification and set up of new processes.

Preferred:

Previous recruitment admin experience

Core Responsibilities & Duties:

Work with the project team to ensure adequate Job Descriptions are provided

Send

new roles to HR team

for advertising

Log all incoming CV’s ensuring duplicates are rejected

Take notes in the interviews to send to Senior Management if candidate is selected.

Provide feedback to internal agency

Once interviews completed liaise with the candidate to make sure all security checks are carried out and paperwork is sent to the People Team.

Arrange Security appointments through the People Team

Once the candidate has been selected obtain approval from the Client with applicable sign-offs

Arrange project IT for new starters

Set the new starter up on the wifi system and answer any IT related query.

Collecting KBR laptops no longer in use, couriering back to LHD and closing on DASH

Update the Recruitment spreadsheet and issue to the People Team weekly.

Photocopying, faxing, opening the post and distributing, meeting and greeting clients upon arrival and answering the telephone and dealing with any queries or taking messages.

Manage exit process and inform HR

Any other duties that are related to the recruitment of ESN employees.
