Swindon with occasional travel to Leatherhead

This specialist role is responsible for supporting and assisting the team across all FM contracts in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR) and Office Management.

Diarising of BCDR testing deliverables

Coordination of the testing of BCDR plans across the FM portfolio

Updating of BCDR plans to contract requirements or upon change

Owning the BCDR plans for FM suppliers where applicable and coordinating changes if required

Main contact with the client on BCDR

Stationary orders

Security clearance support for KBR

SharePoint support

Maximo / Concept Evolution Support

Draft, printing and sending formal correspondence

Office set up including IT and furniture

HSE briefing for staff

New starters and leavers


Meeting invitations

Preparing meeting packs

Meeting room bookings & catering where applicable

Project calendar

Leave / sickness calendar & reports

Overseeing Periodic Reports

Project Controls support

Administration support where required including team meeting action points

Document Control

Processing expenses for the team

FCPA approvals


Understanding of the criticalities of BCDR planning

Demonstrates a systematic approach to tasks and measures progress against plans

Ability to work as part of an integrated team or individually as required

Effective communicator both verbal and written with ability to produce accurate and timely reports

Good Microsoft Office suite skills

A track record of identifying the need for additional systems and processes

Has worked in roles where he/she has had to accept responsibility for data accuracy within own remit and work area and compliance with company and or legal requirements

Ability to produce weekly / monthly summary reports

Proven track record in identifying efficiencies and implementing strategy to streamline office operations / administrative functions


Experienced with technical and administrative document control procedures

A knowledge of Facilities Management
