This applicant must have a clear and precise understanding of tracking and tracing systems such as; GDSS II (Global Decision Support System), GATES (Global Air Transportation Execution System), iCODES (Integrated Computerized Deployment System), and SMS (Single Mobility System) which will enhance ones capabilities of In-Transit Visibility of all properly shipped cargo and passenger flights throughout the AOR (Area of Responsibility). Candidate must have working knowledge of cargo processing and manifesting; Candidate must have working knowledge of passenger manifesting to include; high-jack briefings, amnesty, priorities, emergency leave and DV processes. Candidate must be able to assist, and or Load aircraft when required. Requires excellent organizational skills along with the ability to work under fast paced and adverse conditions. Candidate must possess a high level of proficiency in numerous Microsoft applications such as; Word, Excel, and Power Point, along with excellent telephonic communication skills while maintaining COMSEC (Communication Security), OPSEC (Operation Security), and COMPUSEC (Computer Security). Responsible for overseeing work of Foreman and laborers who report up to this position. May be required to perform other job related tasks and duties as mission dictates. Candidate must have or be able to get a current Security Clearance. Previous supervisory experience required. Undergraduate degree preferred, minimum high school diploma in related field, 7
years related work experience and 5
years supervisory experience.
Must be familiar with all functional areas of Air Operations Air Terminal & Ground Handling Services (ATOC, Data Records, Passenger Service, Cargo Processing & Fleet Service)
Must possess execution knowledge of Movement Automation Query Systems such as GDSS, GDSS II and GATES and have a minimum of 3 years’ experience with these query systems
Must possess a valid NACI background check; ability to obtain Common Access Card (CAC)
Possess a valid U.S driver’s license
