Sr. Technical Professional Leader-Instrumentation/Controls
KBR is seeking a Sr. Technical Professional Leader-Instrumentation/Controls.
Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Under broad direction, the Sr. Technical Professional Leader supervises and leads a group of
engineers, provides technical direction, and is responsible for coaching and developing lower level professionals.
Responsible for engineering and design for Instrumentation, Controls and Electrical components for heavy industrial facilities in the Chemical and Pulp & Paper Industry.
Will be responsible for scope, budget, schedule and technical content on assigned projects. Must be knowledgeable in design studies, field studies, project planning, and estimating.
Also must be knowledgeable in developing P&I diagrams, logic, loop sheets, sizing & specification of instrumentation, development of installation details, safety systems, control panels, telecommunications, installation of electrical systems and equipment including motors, control panels and wiring, starting and protective devices, circuits, cable tray and conduit routing

• Skills are typically acquired through an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering.
Good oral and written presentation skills are required.

years. At this level, individuals will have demonstrated creativity, foresight, and mature engineering judgment in anticipating and solving engineering problems efficiently and economically. Ability to manage work and undertake multiple tasks simultaneously
