The Business Development Manager (BD Manager) is responsible for achieving annual and quarterly sales objectives for the Weatherly business on a regional basis.

Weatherly

is part of KBR’s Technology and Consulting (T&C) business.

The

BD Manager works closely with T&C regional sales in the development and execution of Weatherly sales growth plans in the areas of technology licenses, basic engineering packages, proprietary equipment and other associated offerings and services. The BD Manager maintains close alignment with Weatherly

business management, operations

and proposal groups and also with business development teams in other T&C business lines. The BD Manager ensures compliance at all times with the KBR Code of Business Conduct.

Annual Sales Plan : The BD Manager works together with the Weatherly Managing Director and the T&C regional sales teams to develop an Annual Sales Plan for the Weatherly business including specific Weatherly growth plans in each of the T&C sales regions (North America & Asia Pacific).

Sales Quota: The BD Manager is responsible for achieving the sales quota as established in the Annual Sales Plan. In achieving the sales quota the BD Manager works closely with T&C regional sales teams along with the Weatherly Managing Director and the

technical and project teams.

Sales Operations and Proposals:

The BD Manager is responsible for sales forecasting, sales pipeline management and coordinating proposals for Weatherly offerings in the sales regions.

Marketing: The BD Manager is responsible for coordinating Weatherly marketing needs with the T&C Marketing group including regional competitor analysis, customer analytics, marketing input to growth plans, marketing communications, trade-shows etc.

Customer Management: The BD Manager is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction during and after the implementation of projects in customer facilities. The BD Manager maintains relationships and provides continuous feedback to the customers.

Alignment with other KBR sales groups: Where possible the BD Manager participates with other KBR regional sales teams in developing and maintaining consistencies with regards to customer interaction and with respect to KBR internal systems, processes and tools. The BD Manager maintains at all times behaviors which align with KBR overall goals and objectives.

Compliance: The BD Manager maintains full compliance with the KBR Code of Business Conduct and ensures compliance with all governmental regulations and corporate safety guidelines.

Budget Management: The BD Manager works together with the Weatherly Managing Director to create the annual sales and marketing budget.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline required; MBA preferred.

Proven sales performer with experience selling complex offerings carrying a yearly sales quota and key sales objectives. Strong consultative selling skills are required.

Experience selling process technology, engineering services, catalysts or chemicals,

automation, engineering software, etc. to senior management levels at targeted markets in global regions.

Minimum 5 years of experience in process or plant engineering in the fertilizers, chemical or hydrocarbon processing industries/

50% regional travel required
